You’ll learn how natural disasters and emergencies can affect mental health, healthy coping strategies to manage stress during those times, the peace of mind gained from writing an emergency plan and building an emergency kit, and what resources are available to help you get started!
This free education session is available to local community organizations & businesses and can be hosted at your location or at the Public health department.
