KENNETH SEXTON

VICTORIA COUNTY COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 4

Commissioner Kenneth Sexton has served as Victoria County Commissioner for Precinct 4 since 2023.  A local business owner and experienced farmer and rancher, Commissioner Sexton is a professional and reliable advocate for Victoria County residents. In his active role, Sexton leads with transparency, accountability, and honesty at the heart of his service.

During his 3 years in office, Commissioner Sexton has played an integral leadership role in the preliminary design and construction of capital projects including the Victoria County Mental & Behavioral Health Facility, Victoria County Animal Services Relocation and Expansion, and Victoria County Regional Public Safety Training Center. He also oversees various county services including Facilities and Maintenance, Animal Services, and Public Works activities.

In 2025 alone, Commissioner Sexton rebuilt 15-miles of road and collaborated with the Texas Division of Transportation (TxDOT) to complete two bridge expansion and replacement projects within his precinct.

A longtime Victoria County resident, Sexton now lives in Inez with his wife, Traci, and they are active members of their local community. Together, they have three adult children.
